HKEX’s “Corporate Governance Guide for Boards and Directors”
In May 2025, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited published the Corporate Governance Guide for Boards and Directors (the “Guide”). To assist issuers in easily interpretating the new guidance, GreenCo has prepared a summary extract that highlights key updates that issuers need to be aware of.
Among all updates, there are a few ESG-related aspects that require issuers’ attention, which are 1) risk management and 2) director training.
